1. Neither the agency nor any of its staff shall be liable to the client for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay incurred or suffered by the maid/housekeeper.
2. The agency will not be responsible if the employer gives advance, mobile, uniform etc. to the maid/housekeeper.
3. In case of any offence committed by the maid on duty the agency will help the client with local police station during the term of this Agreement. Any dispute to the jurisdiction of Mumbai court only.
4. Maid/housekeeper documents had been checked and has done the reference call before considering the maid for employment through us.
5. Any agreement regarding the placement of a candidate for contract or project position must be recorded in writing between the parties.
6. Membership fees’ our agency charge with 5 replacement guarantee incase if maid/housekeeper left the job within the service period.
7. Replacement is You need to give 1 week notice if you want to discontinue the maid from job. During this notice period you can get replacement from the agency at no extra cost.
8. Client who will contact us for service or enquiry, we will just communicate with him\her. We will not speak any other family member friend etc..
9. After one service/maid/housekeeper joining, we will just give you replacement; there is no option for refund.
10. Remaining amount should be paid on the joining day of maid.
